Their products are easy to install and configure. They are reliable and pretty much indestructible. If I get stuck with any configuration issues I can go to the web and find multiple ways to solve any problem. Great engineering.

You dont realize how bad consumer wifi is until you use something like this. After fighting consumer wifi devices for too long, I moved to Unifi AC Pros (a 5 pack). Since then Ive had no random problems, fantastic performance, and (at last) some actual insights into my wifi environment. ---- Update: 8 months later ---- Still amazing, no complaints. Our wifi connections are now as reliable as our ethernet connections.

Very nice setup if you got a big area to cover. Speed is great no more dropped signals. Like the app so you can monitor and manage. Solid product!

Ubiquiti AP is known to have lots of unresolved connectivity issues relating Apple products, specially Ipads and Iphones. Case and point, the Guest AP authentic page will not work with Ipads and Iphones. The tech support is only through text messages and its not very helpful. Dont take my word for it just Google this issue online and you will see tones of complains from installers. I gave 3 stars because everything else works fine. --Im a 25 year+ IT engineer.

I am currently replacing all of my Cisco APs with these. I am getting better coverage with these at 120$ a pop vs 1000$. Setup and configuration is easier to boot. The free controller software is easy to use and provides much better info than my 5508. The real only downside that I can find is that the second port is bridge only, so it cant be configured. Ill still be a Cisco shop for all other L2, but when I can deploy 9 of these for the price of one Cisco AP there is no other answer. The area I deployed the first batch has better coverage and redundancy for less than the price of one Cisco AP.

I have searched all over for the best home/small business wifi system, and Ubiquitis Unifi AP-AC Pro is hands down the best no-licensed, easy to use enterprise quality wifi on the market today. I work in the IT field and have dealt with multiple enterprise level wifi systems that are great, but are expensive and require licensing for each access point. A colleague at work recommended that I look into a Ubiquiti system, and I am glad that I did. The UniFi controller that controls the AP-AC Pro is easy to use and set up, making the deployment of this system stress free. If you are looking for an enterprise quality wifi system without paying the enterprise pricing, then look no further than the Ubiquiti wifi system.
