I sent a message to the company regarding a hole in 1 of the tubes. No response. It was a mess all over the other tubes and I had to throw 1 tube away because I couldnt squeeze it without moisturizer squirting out the bottom.

Although the product works well as a general lotion for dryness, it did not cure my cracked thumb skin as Id hoped but just seemed like other lotions Ive used.
