This thermometer just stopped working a little after a month of use

works great and glad that it folds up and not just put a cap on the probe

I dont usually like UEI (useless electronic instruments) but this is a nice pocket thermometer. The magnet on the back makes it ideal.

Bought 2 - they read within 0.1F of each other. Magnets are very helpful to locate thermometer. Very happy with the purchase

I got this thermometer to test water temps for tea-making, after my Taylor thermometer started being 20 degrees off! This thermometer is not as attractive, but very durable. I like the feature that allow it to attach or hang from a surface. I also like that the probe folds up for storage. The only drawback is that it take a very long time to register the temperature. The other thermometer registered pretty quickly; this one goes up a second at a time. Lots of wait time.
