> 3 dayI received my bag pretty fast. The bag has many compartments. Its great for my profession. Tge bag came in and the clamp on the shoulder strap would not stay closed. I contacted the seller and i received the replacement strap within a week. Great costumer service! I will definitely buy and recommend this seller

Greater than one weekDont waste your money on this piece of junk. The material is really cheap, It broke the second time I wore it and when I try to return it they send it right back to me supposedly because I didnt include the original label even though i had included the purchase label. Their customer service sucks. If you buy it you will waste your money and be stuck with a useless bag.
