These umbrella hats are so much fun and cant be missed! We got them for a festival to keep us shaded from the sun. It ended up being over 100 degrees out and everyone asked us where we found them!

It is lastic band, not really adjustable. Didnt fit properly my 6yr old. Bad quality, dollar store product. Not worth the price I paid.

This worked well for our school staff during car rider duty.

They arrived a little beat up if you will. The rods were bent on 1, and completely broke apart on the other. I tried to wear it anyway, just to get a feel for the item. I would say that the circumference is tto small. My shoulders were getting wet. But they did offer to replace them, and they shipped it to me in a timely fashion.

Broke pretty quickly. I will add...my husbands broke quickly, mine was okay. Also my hubby didnt care for the RAINBOW color since he Identifies as (He/HIM/STRAIGHT). Sent back and exchanged without issues.
