This is a well constructed travel umbrella that fits perfectly in my bag purse or under the car seat. I have asthma and rain doesnt set well with me. The portability function of this umbrella works well for me because its small enough to tuck out of sight yet is within reach when needed. But dont let how small it is folded up fool you. Its one button push to open sends it swooshing wide open with enough room for two adults to walk next to each other. All the sewing is top notch and the mechanism works smoothly. It has a velcro strap to keep it tucked together and a small bag that you could slip it into if you needed to while its still wet. I wouldnt put it away wet though. Even with waterproof treatment Ive had umbrellas take on a musty smell from forgetting I put them away wet. This price is fair for the quality of this umbrella and it promises to give years of function and rain protection.

I bought this so I would have a back up umbrella to keep in the car or in my bag and it’s absolutely perfect. It’s tiny and compact, the pushbutton mechanism is forceful, and it’s lightweight. I can’t speak to longevity yet but I am happy with it.

Good quality foldable umbrella with a nice auto-close feature. I dont see any obvious wind resistant features like I expected. Its made out of a strong nylon-type material, but I cant see any reason it wouldnt collapse if caught by a strong gust. I was surprised at how well the auto-close works on this umbrella! Push the button to pop it open, and the same button pops it close, and I do mean pop. You still have to push the top back toward the handle to collapse the shaft, and that takes some muscle. Once I close the fabric part using the button, I grasp both ends and push them together. Once you get a feel for it, this brolly is very handy. I like it, but I wouldnt trust it in a windstorm.

This umbrella is very sturdy and appears to be everything its described to be except for windproof. I dont see any vents or double canopy to let air flow through. It catches the wind like a standard umbrella. If I find out Im mistaken, I will be happy to change this review.

Simple and small. It works as it should, very easy to retract back and it fits back into the sleeve. The pole thing is short but its alright!

This sturdy umbrella is a great size and it snaps open beautifully. It is easy to close, with no finger pinching involved. I love how compact this is when shut, making it incredibly portable and easy to pack or carry!

This is a nice, compact umbrella. I havent had the opportunity to use it in a high wind situation yet. It opens smoothly and with enthusiasm. As others have said, the fabric seems a little thin. Im not sure what the fabric is, because there is no tag. I used it in a recent rain shower, and it was fine. I do think its overpriced because there are other umbrellas with better features for about 10 bucks less. But if youre looking for a serviceable umbrella, this one will fit the bill.

I love that its small and light weight. Im tall and the stick is a bit shirt for my liking.

This umbrella is well-made and functions perfectly. Closed up, it measure about 11 inches and is very light-weight. It is portable and can fit in a normal size bag, back-pack or even a larger purse. The springs and the bars are of good quality and the canopy is well secured. The open/shut button functions well and does exactly what is stated in the description. Other thoughts: The wording wind-proof used on an umbrella has always meant to me that the canopy is made out of two separate layers/pieces that lay on top of each other with strategic gaps between them, allowing air to flow out. This is not the case for this umbrella. So be aware. Next is the size! This is a small umbrella a six foot, 190 lbs. person. If you are smaller in stature, this will be perfect for you. Last but not least, compared to other truly wind-proof umbrellas this one is over-priced for my budget.

    Greater than one week

First, the positives: I really like the compact size of this umbrella. It feels sturdy and does give you confidence that it will not be easily blown inside out by stray wind gusts (although I havent had any severe weather to test it out, yet!). It opens easily with the touch of a button and provides adequate coverage for one person. The negative, and for me its a biggie: the umbrella also collapses at the touch of the same button, and when it does, it does so in a somewhat violent manner, giving itself a good shake as it folds, depositing all of the water its collected onto nearby objects (most notably, the person holding the umbrella). If you can remember this and can adequately prepare before collapsing the umbrella, it will be fine. Otherwise, all your hard work at staying dry will be undone when you press that button to close it.
