The mat was correct on the measurements listed and it is a really nice looking mat Im sure will last many years. I will say these mats are expensive, like all of them so its not just this mat, its just an expensive product I guess I just felt $50 was alot for the mat but it is a good investment to have when you want to protect your kitchen cabinets. We just finished having our kitchen built after a pipe busted and we dont want that to happen again.

Fits well under the sink

While price seems a bit high, this undercabinet mat seems very well made. The drain hole seems to be a nice feature, but not in my case. This goes under my laundry sink. All the sink cabinets in my home (kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms) have a center stile. So the featured drain hole ends up directly behind the center stile and isnt functional should I need to drain a quantity of water. That design defect earned a one-star deduction. I would think that if the drain hole was slightly off-set right or left, it would work for cabinets with and without a center stile.

fits perfectly under the sink

Very well design and quality made Mat. Sized perfectly .. quick and easy install. Definitely cleans up the tough to maintain under sink cabinet storsge.

A little small for the area under our sink, but large enough to cover directly under the plumbing, so we made it work. It should do well enough if we are to have a leak if we keep a good eye on it.

This under sink mat fit perfect, looks great but only time will tell how it stands up. As of this writing, we are pleased with it.

I used the product as a cabinet bottom protector.
