I ordered this and found it is impossible to set up using either the website or the app. Maybe if I call during business hours and talk to customer service it will work, but I find it extremely annoying that they would sell a product that cant be activated without doing that.

I have no issues with the actual product. I give them a negative five (-5) for Customer Service. Their policy is that at least one vehicle license plate number must be associated with the account at all times for the account to remain active. I used it in a rental car, removed and deactivated the transponder, but couldn’t remove the license plate number from my account. I finally got a hold of Customer Service and was told that they assume that customers know that at least one tag number must be associated with the account at all times, though that policy is indicated ANYWHERE in the documentation or packaging. By the time I had changed the tag number on the account to a number I had on a 30 years ago, I had already Incurred roll charges 3 days after I had deactivated the transponder

I have to admit it was scary to simply trust this works and tolls would be collected properly, but everything scanned right and tolls came out as exactly as they should. The website lists what states this works and I cannot attest to all of them, but for the seven I was in, this was perfect.

Uni pass works exactly as we needed it to! Best decision to purchase this.

Purchased this transponder for use in NJ and well guess who got a EZPass violation in NJ? Submitted the dispute paperwork and got denied again with a statement that either the license plate does not match or insufficient funds. Both were checked online and confirmed to be correct and loaded.

Cant use this. Return date was brief time period so am stuck, worthless to me. Gave 1 star since zero isnt an option.
