> 24 hourLot of bang for the buck. Im using mine for a base. Running it with a small amp and a 5/8 wave ground plane antenna. Get compliments on the audio quality. I did switch out the mike of course. Has the features you need and thats all. Great basic old school cb. 73s. Channel Cat Back on the Side GOT DOWN.

> 24 hourIts a CB, it works good, cheaper build as compared to years ago, but as a person on the road, I mostly listen, noise limiter blocks ignition noise good.

> 24 hourI tried to tune this and couldnt get it to work. So I brought it to a communications store. And when they went to tune it, it was only putting out less than 1 watt. I didnt hurt to install when i first purchased, and now the time has expired to return. and I am out 160$. Amazing.

> 24 hourI just installed in on my pig TJ.... Going to be running some pretty rough trails in the southwest corner of Utah and norther Arizona. Time will tell folks. Vibration and heat is a big killer of radios in my part of the woods. YMMV

> 24 hourIt works as described, clarity is great and everyone can hear me just fine as well. Great starter radio for a new driver and the price point is great

> 24 hourI like this radio, little bigger than I desired, but I knew that purchasing it. I would like to have this level of quality in a slightly smaller radio. Yes, there are better radios out there for sure. The speaker was clear, plenty of volume. I thought the radio worked really well. The Mic feels good in the hand, but a better mic probably could be added, but this works for my needs. The two things I didnt like is this radio always defaults to channel 9 when turned on, I would like for it to retain the last channel used and the fact that the mic has to be installed to get audio out. That seems really weird to me as I might want to monitor but not have a mic hanging around in the way all the time. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.
