Greater than one weekBackpacks can be tricky when buying online, but I was impressed with the quality and overall functionality of this backpack. Two mesh side pockets easily fit kids water bottles. Love it! Definitely recommend.

> 3 dayMy daughter absolutely loves this cat mermaid backpack! The pattern is so cute! Perfect size for elementary school students that can fit their binders and laptop. There are pockets for water bottles on both sides, and they are made of the same body material, not mesh, so I assume they can last much longer than mesh pockets. Multiple compartments, adjustable padded shoulder straps, and waist support belt. I would definitely recommend to any school kids, and is worth the money spent. I also bought their lunch bag to pair. Now I found they also have same pattern pencil case.

> 3 dayI ordered this backpack for my 7 year old nephew when he visits. I am very pleased with it. It is a good size for holding all of his favorite things. There are several pockets for holding smaller toys or snacks and the racecar design on the front is nice and bright. I like that the design is appropriate for multiple ages too. The shoulder straps are padded and adjustable and the zippers feel sturdy. I think they will hold up well. I would recommend it.

19-11-2024I ordered this backpack to replace the damaged one for a 4th grader. The stitches seem strong and pockets are plenty. As I normally drop off and pick up my kid myself, there’s not much walking involved so I find that there are too many straps on the bag - waist straps can be tucked into little zipped pockets but the chest straps are hanging loose so I may cut them off. Water bottle pocket on the side is deep enough for a tall bottle to stay put. There’s an additional half buckle on each side to click a lunch bag on (sold separately so we don’t have that). They may come handy so I’ll keep them there. Interior space is sufficient for an elementary school kid. On the front side there are 2 zipped compartment, top one is wide enough for the length of a regular pencil (as shown on the photo). There are 2 secret side pockets (above water bottle pockets) which I’m sure my kid will make use of. Main compartment has a laptop sleeve and is very spacious - still room for more after I put MacBook and a thick folder inside. There’s an X elastic that is supposed to hold a pencil box/pouch I guess, but the elastic bands are quite loose so if the pouch is not big enough it may not be held in place. Overall the product gets a thumb up and I would recommend.
