> 24 hourIt was in mint condition except the rolling handle you pull up was broken. Only 1 of 2 bars came up with it. However, after an hour of trying to dig it out of the hole, we managed to hook the screw hole with a wire coat hanger and pull it up. It was only broken because it was missing a screw and now I have a beautiful new trolley suitcase!

> 24 hourThis is a very pretty little suitcase - I used it on recent train travel to Idaho and a lot of fellow travelers and the crew were interested in the little cutie. It is pretty sturdy, but not as spacious as a soft-sided carry-on would be. The straps are more for show than for practical use, but the locks seem to be solid. I bought the pink one and my granddaughter said that she had a pretty cool grandma, when she saw me arriving with the pink thing in tow.

> 24 hourThis suitcase has a beautiful design, but it is not at all sturdy. Only last 1 month after Christmas. I’m not sure if I was dealt a faulty product, but I believe this product is just for show, not necessarily for travel unfortunately

> 24 hourI receive so many compliments when I carry this luggage set. I love how easily it rolls and how lightweight it is for me. I took off 1 star because due to its soft exterior it scratches pretty easily and it is not that sturdy.

> 24 hourThe suitcase was gorgeous when we got it. However, after the first flight one of the white straps broke. After the second flight part of another one was completely broken off. More of the white strap broke or went missing in the next 2 flights. Plus all the black scuffs added each time. It’s is no longer gorgeous & I’m not sure it would make it through another flight. Disappointed for the cost of the bag.
