Where do you even buy a cage without seed guards since 1990??? Ridiculous!! But it has a few extra inches so I thought it would cover, silly me! They made it not to fit any extra?!?! Now I have to return it, waaaaa!! Nice cover otherwise but sadly does not do the job - cover (and I have a standard size parrot cage). I can find nothing on Amazon for a proper cage that does not allow food to merely fall on the floor.

I liked the spacing of the bars ).40 instead of .5 inches. Easy to assemble. Ended up buying two. Stand is detachable. I ended up screwing the cage to the stand.

Could not believe the quality for a bird cage cover. Especially at this price! Top notch.

Easy to use

We got this cage cover because when we upgraded to a large flight cage, it was hard to cover it with just blankets as we had been the small night cage. It is slightly oversized for our cage, but we knew that when we ordered it. Its dimensions appear to match those in the item description. We also have 3 male budgies and 1 female, so we wanted to make sure that we could give them 12-14 hours of total darkness every night to prevent hormone spikes (basically keeping them in eternal winter). It works beautifully. Weve had it for a few weeks now and already our females cere has gone to a pale blue color rather than the crusty brown that it was previously which indicated breeding condition (I dont have any pictures of when it was crusty, but I did include a picture of when it was just brown vs a picture of now that it is pale blue). The velcro on the front is strong and easy to use. The velcro strips on the main part of the cover run continuously straight top to bottom. The velcro strips on the front panel have gaps between them all the way down, which makes it much more conducive to making the covers front smooth when you close it and easy to open in the morning. It has sturdy construction and came with a beautiful bag to hold it in. It also has 2 handles on the top to make it easy to lift off the cage or reposition if need be. It is lightweight enough that it is easy to maneuver, but heavy enough that it doesnt blow around and stays nicely in position. I would absolutely recommend this if you are in the market for a cage cover of this size. Its an excellent product for an excellent price.

Wish was a little wider around. Does not fit all the way around outside of cage. Bird can look out the corner and yell at me!

I like this bird cover it covers the bird cages very well. No issue at all and I am very happy with these purchases.

I have a Cal Cage for my conure that has a play gym on the top and have had difficulty finding covers that are functional and fit well. The cheaper vinyl covers do not provide any protection against cold nor do they block light, and they do not provide adequate ventilation. This cover is outstanding. Well made of quality fabric, and yet still breathable, with the added plus of blocking light well. My conure sleeps much better since we started using this cover and I couldnt be happier. As for the cost, I paid the same for this cover as for the last of the vinyl/plastic covers that I purchased and this cover is easily worth more.

I had purchased a previous bird cage cover from a well-known brand. However, this cage cover is much better . this cover is heavier, yet breathable, and the quality of craftsmanship is also better.

This cover is made of a heavy duty fabric that is also blackout. Our African Gray Parrot loves it! He doesn’t chew on this one and the blackout sends him right to quiet time and sleep. He seems to feel very safe with this night cover!
