These worked great after the wind broke the original ones on my shade. Plus it was a lot cheaper than buying another shade!!!

Use then regulary

We have three shade curtains on the patio and due to freezing temperatures, high winds or whatever, one side or the other will need to be replaced every other year or so. I find i can remove the connector and leave the bracket attached to the patio. Then i just replace the broken ratchet part connecting it to the bracket by screws and reinstall the curtain.

They fit the existing roll up shade exactly. With these additional tie downs, we now have several shade positions. Just what we were looking for.

This part was an exact replacement which allowed for easy installation. No new holes required. Just re-install the screws. The loop for the winding hook is made of plastic which I was aware of. It is available with a metal loop for a greater price.

I have a Coolaroo exterior roller shade that was fairly new and the cheap plastic ring that you insert the wand into that Coolaroo provides broke fairly easily. I thought I would have to buy a new shade but came across this. It seems to be well made. I hope the ring on this one is stronger and doesn’t break. But by looking at it, I am pleased with it.
