10-06-2025I used this to cut starboard and after probably 20+ feet of cutting seems to still be sharp and the bearing has not failed

> 3 dayIf youve never tried them, seriously, get one now. Ive always used flush cut bits. Decades, still used flush cut bits. Until I decided to try one of these. Ill never go back to regular flush cut bits. These are amazing. Ive run dozens of passes using these bits, and they still throw perfectly blade shaped chips like slicing a potato. The correct up/down bit will hold your work against the surface if youre using an overarm router or fixed base router. In a word, the right bit, and theyre perfect. Only suggestion I can give for outstanding performance is to trim whatever youre working on as close to the final shape as you can. They will cut with full contact like going through a board to cut out a pattern. But, trimmed close they glide through like butter and wont pull away from what youre working with. I bought several of each, and Ill never go back to straight flush cut bits.

> 3 dayI do most of my work on the CNC, and we leave tabs to prevent the piece from flying around. I switched to this flush trim bit to remove the tabs and to clean up in the machine doesnt cut all the way through. The cut lined up with the bearing and cleaned so smoothly. I highly recommend it; this will be my shops standard bit.

Greater than one weekEnded up using this to work with some cutting board cutouts. This worked pretty well to template and cut. It was also not nearly expensive as more premium brands. Seemed to cut just fine!!!

> 3 dayI have a CNC and it has been great for cleaning up projects and especially for cutting tabs often used when not cutting all the way through on the CNC. It has not had a lot of use yet and hope it is as durable as expected! I have a couple bits from the same manufacturer with no problems at all.

> 3 dayA well made router bit. Not sure what the blue coating does but the bit holds up the job well. Tens of meters of trimming so far. Nice :) I will buy it again when the next project pops up.
