> 3 dayI originally thought I had to use the second power cord and I didnt like that as it would make my setup clunky. It took me a minute to setup because I had the wrong cords/setup, but I was able to connect this monitor using only one USBC to USBC code to my laptop. The only issue I had was that the cord that came with the monitor was 3feet and it didnt work with my setup. I contacted support and they were prompt and very helpful in getting me the correct cord thats long enough to make my setup work. Now its working seamlessly and I love it!

> 3 dayI bought this monitor for my desktop. Its smaller and fits better on my desk than my old one since its meant to be portable. However, its also just an overall upgrade from the one I had been using. It had no way to change the brightness or other picture settings, and this one does have settings and looks so much better without even having to tweak it. My computer only has a VGA port, so I had to get a VGA to HDMI cable and an HDMI to Mini HDMI adapter for it to work with this monitor. My sister had an extra cable, and I bought the adapter for $9, (plus $6 shipping bc I dont have Prime) so it wasnt too much of a headache to get what I needed for it. If your computer has an HDMI port already, the monitor comes with a cable to convert it to Mini HDMI. The power cable isnt very long, so I used an old phone charger instead of the one it came with. I tried to connect my phone to it, but I think it only works with the latest versions of Android as it just tried to use it to charge and wouldnt let me change the settings. Overall, I am very satisfied with this monitor. Ive only been using it for a short period though, so I have no idea about its durability or longevity. I really cant find anything about this product that I see as a downside, at least compared to the monitor I have been settling for for eight years now. Ive been long overdue for an upgrade, and I believe this is it.

> 3 dayI bought this monitor mainly for travel, to my surprise, its lightweight, completely portable, and fits into any backpacks easily. The monitor displays videos in 4k 60 hz HDR quality, it also offers Adobe RGB color profile for color accuracy, for this price, its a great bang for your buck! The only complaint I have is the USB C ports, which dont seem to withhold cables too well—the cable can come out of the port very easily even if you just slightly move the monitor—However, the UPerfect team was nice enough to offer me a free U-Shaped USB C adapter to plug in to the port, and that solved the problem. With the quality, the price, as well as the level of customer service you get, there is nothing else in the market that beats this product, I hope the UPerfect team releases a newer version of this product that would hopefully solve the USB C port problem.

19-11-2024I ran into a situation where Im going to be traveling a lot more than normal. I wanted something with decent specs but also didnt want to break the bank. This ticks a lot of boxs: -2K IPS screen (note: NOT 1440P!!! There is a difference, but it wont push your system that much harder) - 120hz refresh rate (biggest selling point) - Freesync - USB C for both power and video, which can help cut down on cables. - built in speakers are perfectly functional for everyday use Some Cons worth thinking about - Product is very clearly chinese. There arent a lot of reviews or documentation if you decide to go with this monitor - Onboard menu is hard to navigate with the buttons and wheel. Luckily I have tiny hands, but someone with big/fat fingers might have a hard time - Out of the box color is terrible. Youll need to fix it once you fire it up for the first time. Otherwise, I highly recommend this! None of the cons are huge deal breakers for me considering the price.

20-11-2024I bought this monitor to use as a second screen for my desktop. I set it as portrait, so that it fits a word document, Discord or internet tab. I have had no problems so far (couple months now). I bought this monitor thinking that the higher refresh rate would be good to match my main monitor, but it is it set as portrait mode, it goes down to 60Hz. But with that difference,I have had no stuttering between the two. Yea some applications have trouble filling the screen (too small or too much that it goes into the other monitor) but it has been a smooth experience. HOWEVER there are some things that you will need in order to make this monitor work. 1.) Longer hdmi and power cables. The box comes with 3ft cables and they are too short for any set up besides a laptop. I was using a longer cable and different power block to supply the monitor, but it would black out every now and then. But that was because I was using a usb c to a, not usb c to c cable, which the box comes with. Once I got the correct cable to use with the power block the monitor comes with, I’ve had no issues. 2.) Very tiny screws. I bought a monitor mount off Amazon since the monitor claims to have a universal Versa mount. While it does, the screw holes are definitely not universal, for they are very very tiny. I had to dig around and find my own screws, and even then the screws were too long so I have the monitor being “hung” by the mount. So with that said, it’s good small secondary monitor. Just wish they gave you cables that were long enough and screws to use for mounting.

> 3 dayShoutout to Lexie and the uperfect support team: Amazon delivered my package with the monitor broken, but before I’d even started looking for a contact, they reached out to make sure everything is ok in a quality control capacity. I sent pictures and they got a new monitor to me in less than a week. I need this for school and work, so it needs to be light and uncomplicated. It ticks those boxes. (Side note: once you get used to a second screen, it’s really hard to go back to using one.) I will definitely be getting a solid case for it. I also enjoy casual gaming. Gorgeous color, brightness, clarity across a variety of games, movies, and external lighting conditions. The monitor has its own set of picture adjustments built in (standards: contrast, brightness, RGB balance, etc), but you can also tune it to a more advanced degree with the computer you plan to use it with and it will retain those settings so you don’t need to readjust the picture every time it turns on. Separate from the monitor itself: I found the Microsoft HDR calibration app to fall short of what I wanted, so I went a little further into the display —> advanced settings and clicked around in the device/driver settings until I found “Color Calibration.” Make sure you select the correct monitor once you get there. You can also make a different set of adjustments in the Nvidia graphics card settings, and I piddled around for an hour or two getting everything just right across the four settings options. Overall very happy. It’s not quite as clear as a 4K monitor, but I knew that before I bought it. However, the 120hz refresh rate more than makes up for it when watching shows or gaming. Unless you’ve got some money to burn, you probably won’t find a 4K with that kind of motion-clarity in a portable monitor.

> 3 daySimple setup, 1 power cord with phone charge like setup for usb c. 1 mini hdmi to full size hdmi that came in the box. The cord for thr hdmi is short is the only negative. I used it with my playstation 5 in 1440p mode no screen tears everything looked fantastic. It was bright and colorful. I played horizon zero dawn all the way through on it and I played destiny 2 on it and it was good enough to handle 120 hz in the pvp. No complaints here.

> 3 dayI bought two and tested them on the laptops for three days to get familiar and see if they function as expected which they do. Easy to hookup using the HDMI and an external c power source. We use in the portrait mode so a separate stand is really needed. Here is the one we use. It is a Ugreen tablet stand. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09P87NBYS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Also purchased some right angle cables to make for a very nice vacation outfit. One thing to consider. The monitor was spot on as it is and the biggest time issue was going through Amazon to figure out what would be a better cabling system for our use. I did not mind spending the money as the product seemed well worth it. Kind of a different perspective - find things to make this product even better. Oh, the supplied cables all worked well.

> 3 dayIm mostly using this monitor for remote work, but I found it to be ideal for a person used to working on 2 monitors. Colors and picture quality are great, and the high refresh rate is a big plus. Havent tried with gaming, but pretty sure it will perform well.

> 3 dayThis is the second monitor Ive bought for my ps5. This one is better quality than the other one. Better colors. Better size. More portability. Really enjoying it so far. Best part is, it does not need separate power source. I can plug it in to the ps5 and power it from there. Overall very happy. Thinking about purchasing another one. I had to come back and change the rating slightly. When I recieved the monitor, there was a card inside the box for a free accessory. I made contact to get my accessory. They responded very quickly, which to me was good cause if I need support they were responsive. Then here comes the tricks. First they say they are happy to send me my accessory, but I need to leave a review, see above. I left an honest review and informed them I did so. Then I get an email saying here is the link for the accessory, and that I need to purchase it and then they will refund me, making it free. So Im just here telling everyone that although it is a good monitor the bait and switch left a bad taste in my mouth.
