The next day, the unit was working perfectly and has continued to do so. However, I had an issue of the second unit, which had already shipped and I couldnt cancel. The vendor worked with me and we came to a resolution we were both happy with. I have to say they were very kind and responsive and made it clear that they wanted me to be satisfied. I would highly recommend this product and the company that provides it.

> 24 hourIf creases my hats in center. Should have a hold down to keep hat tight and more than one size mold for hats . I don’t care what I do it is creasing my hat and not getting vinyl hot enough on sides

> 24 hourI am a beginner when it comes to cutting machines ans heat presses. I looked at tons of different heat presses and read hundreds of reviews. After hours of research I happened to find this heat press. Although it didnt have many reviews, none of them had one bad thing to say about it (at that time). I am SO happy I took the chance and ordered it. Its easy to use. Programming settings is simple and the heat distribution is equal all around. It hasnt let me down yet. It may not be well known or a branded heat press, but it sure operates as if it is!!

As the size is good, easy to use, I still have to refer back to my hand held press as this one does not press the whole image evenly. I’ve tightened everything to make equal pressure and it never fails the bottom of my images are pressed enough. Waste of time and money buying this one when I still have to use my other just to make shirts

> 24 hourBought this gem on Prime Day as I would like to get into creating custom apparel. Great product for the value, easy for beginners like myself. This machine allows me to create a multitude of things. Im not limited to shirts. *** 3 MONTH UPDATE *** The unit no longer heats appropriately. Theres no sound when the timer is up and the RESET button on the side isnt even functional. Contacted the seller, so we shall see how this is resolved.
