The fan does well to provide a cool steady breeze and its light enough for the four-year-old to carry around with him. The fan wont blow cold air so it just circulates the warm air when used outdoors. It has a solid sturdy design. I really like that it rotates 360 degrees and the legs can be configured in every way possible for a strong installation.
