The battery stoped working and the charging port fell inside of the platform

Easy to install, fan seems loud

When adding the headset stand onto the base, the piece broke in half. The material is very thin and flimsy and easily breakable.

I really like this stand. For the price its great the cooling fan works awesome. Its usb-c which is awesome. However really lacking in the battery door fit it just doesnt sit flush. You could tape it in and it may work but this product should be a direct fit. Very disappointed in this. Hope the company will correct this mistake.

The only thing I dont like is having to push the small button on the back to turn the cooling fan on and off. It would be nice if it came on when you turn the console on. Other then that, its awesome.

Absolutely great product. It does what its supposed to do and does it well. I ordered this in the morning when I got home from work 3 am. I got it the same day. The batteries last a long time and you can charge the other with it not being in a controller. I have my Xbox on almost all day when not at work. Netflix etc. I highly recommend this product and if I need to get another one down the road I will get another one of these....

I love the Xbox stand but the fans are supper loud and you have to turn them on and off. It would have been nice to see the fans turn on and off with the console.

The on/off switch is in the back and difficult to get to and the fan is noisy
