The finished product does not look like the picture in the add. The face has sharp contrasts and the bottom part of the face is dark while the top of the face in very light. In the attached picture the face of the first snowman is complete and look at the contract. Also, some of the letters are hard to tell apart.

Loved the project . Took me 10 days to complete it a few hours at a time. Plenty of bead left over

It came with a huge burn mark in the middle of the picture, all the tools were broken and the beads packaging was broken and the beads were everywhere.

Turned out just as the picture showed. Was fairly fast to complete. Would order from this company again.
