UPPAbaby Travel Bag for Vista, V2, Cruz, & Cruz V2

NOT STURDY! Complete waste of money. Delta BROKE my stroller in this. I splurged and spent the extra money on getting the actual Uppababy case thinning it will protect my expensive stroller better… WRONG! MY STROLLER BROKE. now I have to deal with the airlines replacing it. Sooooooo upset!! I will NEVER travel with uppababy again.

Because this stroller bag allows me to travel all over the place without worrying about the airlines destroying my expensive stroller, I find the bag to be worth the money. You do have to take off the wheels and bumper bar but there are pockets for them and it can be done quickly. (I keep my one year old occupied by making her the official bumper bar holder-it keeps her from running off while I’m folding the stroller.) The stroller fits snugly but practice at home first. I love the wheels on the bag-it makes it much easier to navigate the airport when I can roll the bag. I usually check it at the counter instead of the gate so that’s an option if you prefer babywearing in the airport.

We have the Vista V2 and went ahead and got the stroller cover for our move across the country. Super easy to put the stroller in (less difficult than the Mesa & cover)! The foot board was broken on our flight. We called UppaBaby customer service and once provided photos of our flight itinerary and the broken piece, they sent us a new seat frame at no cost (and was delivered like 2 days later, I think). 100% worth the money if you’re going to check the stroller!

Great travel bag which kept my stroller free from damage and was very easy to gate check. We took this from Seattle to NYC and it survived without incident. Plus, UppaBaby will replace your stroller if it does get damaged.

This is a great bag, it fits the Cruz stroller perfectly. Dont pay attention to those complaining about taking off the big tires; its the easiest thing to do and takes 3 seconds tops.

I recently ordered this bag for a trip to Miami because I wanted to protect my Uppababy Cruz while flying. If you get this bag and register online before your flight the stroller is covered under warranty so its definitely worth the investment! I did this online at the airport it only took 2 minutes!

The UPPAbaby travel bag fits our 2014 Cruz perfectly and made transportation through the airport seamless. I was able to break down the stroller and have it zipped up in the bag in less than 2 minutes. I was a bit hesitant about the price, but am happy that I purchased this product over a cheaper option. I know that this bag will hold up well after several airplane trips. The wheels on the bag also make it extremely easy to lug the bag around with my 6 month old, her diaper bag and my carry on in tow. Assuming that the bag holds up over time as I expect it will, I also plan to store the stroller in it once we no longer use it daily.

I have done a lot of traveling with this bag on long flights with a baby by myself. It is a sturdy bag that gives me great confidence in its ability to protect my stroller. And the bag has its own wheels built in, making it easy to roll around with one hand after its packed (huge when traveling with a squirmy baby!) The strap used to roll up the bag when not in use broke off after the first couple of trips, but it hasnt been an issue. The bag takes up about half of the basket when traveling around the airport, though, and thats a large basket.

This made traveling easier by air (in a way). Would it actually have been easier to wheel stroller to gate check vs packing up stroller ahead of time? Yes. But is it worth preventing inevitable damage to pricey stroller? Yes. The wheels on this bag make it easy to pull along the walk from entering gate to actually boarding plane with your other bags, kids, etc provided you have the extra hands to do so. The peace of mind that your stroller won’t get damaged is great! You can also stuff other small things in the bag such as jackets, toys, etc if needed.
