ТurboTax 2019 Home and Business - Only for Windows - PC - DVD (Turbotax 2019)

I have been using Turbotax for over twenty years, this is the first turbotax that doesnt work. I have tried installing this product on all of the 3 Windows 7 and Windows 10 computer systems and it doesnt work on either system, it returns an error code of 20917683101. I plan on returning this product.

Defective cd

I purchased my 2019 Turbo Tax package from Ebay and had the same problem. The package wrapped and the security seal was not on the software box. I was about to order this one and thought I would check the ratings. Thanks to all of you I am not making that mistake again. I did notice one thing about the one I purchased. It does not say that it is new. The others I have ordered from ebay said new and so far not a problem. Turbo tax did tell me that the the codes were invalid and cancelled. I will download directly from turbo tax. I also have been using it for many, many years without a problem, but usually purchase from my local Stables store.

This seller is obviously selling used software. Just opened product - fingerprints on disc. Software key has “already been registered” according to Intuit.

Please read after purchasing we found out it the unit that is already been used up. So cheap/inexpensive does not equal good. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

Fake license codes!!!! Upon first use, the software says its already been used and activated.

I have been struggling with this now for 3 hours trying to get it to work and I get the same thing over and over. An error message and then nothing of I just get kicked out. Tried tech support and they are non-existant. Last time with Turbo Tax for me!!!!!!

I gave it 3 stars because i had to call intuit to get it fixed and they dont like to support product not purchased from them. Ive used the product for 15 years or better and have great luck

Everything I expected. HOWEVER, if you don’t have a knowledge of the forms your business used in the past, you may miss out on some credits you’re entitled to. By this, I mean that it will skip some of the lesser used business deductions. I had to search for one of the ones that gives me a pretty significant credit. And it does not carry this over to the following year. IMO, if you’re using this program every year, I would expect it to know which forms have been used in previous years and at least ask if I want to use it again.
