If you need to measure your outgoing fluid, then this is an ideal product. So much better than the hospital-grade urinals with the snap-on lid. These urinals are sturdy with a screw top, and do not leak. An MS patient I hang these off my walker at night, which is a great convenience also with Urinary urgency I keep one close by in my private office. The problem is that the strap which connects the screw and top with the neck of the urinal itself gets brittle and breaks. I have inquired of the manufacturer whether I can buy the number of these to replace the broken ones I have of the sex urinals I have bought three already have broken scraps which seriously reduce their usefulness
