U.S. Art Supply 11 x 17 Artist Sketch Tote Board - Great for Classroom, Studio or Field Use

This is a perfect size for me to paint on. I use canvas paper a lot during my classes, they wont stay upright on my easel. I can move this around using the edge of my small desk. Absolutely perfect!

This is very good for laying your coloring book out full-page for coloring on the couch or in bed. Of course, also good for sketching! Its a good deal for the price.

Would have to be sealed for watercolor. Didn’t have the patience for that so I returned it.

Great way to be able to paint and sketch.

The surface might be fine for most people, but I am doing artwork that I tape to the board to keep flat. And the art tape is starting to pull at the boards surface. This is its only problem. I love the size, the weight and the stiff-sturdiness. But I may have to varnish it or something if I want the smooth top to last. If youre looking at this board, do keep that in mind. Best wishes.

I bought this drawing board for a young budding artist friend of mine. When she and her mom would come to my place she would always ask to use my drawing board. Mine was too big for her to hold comfortably. This 18x18 is the perfect size for this growing 11 yr old. The first thing she yelled in joy was Its just like yours! She was so proud.... The only thing that I didnt like was that the edges werent as polished and rounded as I would have liked. Not quite as comfortable to hold as mine. But everything else seems great and shes using it! My frig is covered with her art
