Perfect to hold my artwork as I work on it. The clips open easily if you understand how to open them. To open clip: ( with clips on your left)... simply PUSH DOWN on the lever, and then TO THE RIGHT. To lock, PUSH DOWN on the lever and TO THE LEFT.

I have two of these boards in different sizes. This is great for 11x17 work I can still have room for reference photos and my drawing. The clips are great and I much prefer them to other clips. They still may leave marks just not as much. I always protect my work from the clips

this has made coloring a breeze the two clamps make books that dont have perforations to tear the pages out easier to color
