I see that there arent many reviews for this item which did make me a little anxious, but I bit the bullet since my Monster did not come with the cowl and I couldnt complain about the price. The black rubber part in the center of the cowl is not attached when it arrives. It comes in a separate plastic bag inside the box. I used gorilla glue to attach it, but that was not a big deal. Other than that, the product is exactly what it says it is. Color-matching ABS plastic which is the same look and feel as the original tank covers. No one would ever know this is an aftermarket piece. I got some black cowl bolts of ebay to make it work and I think it looks great. Ive included before and after pictures to show how accurately this matches. Item arrived 7 days after I ordered it. I cant say everyone will have the same experience given the reviews Ive read on other Amazon items, but I got exactly what I paid for and the quality is pretty much OEM. I cant tell a difference at all.
