I wanted to get a charger that has a foldable plug to save space for traveling. This charge not only end up to be big and bulky, but heavy as well. It charges completely fine though. But id suggest people buy someone else thats lighter and more compact if you intent to travel with it. Compare to another brand I got which got taken off of Amazon, Id rather get that brand again. If you are in the know for technology, youd know what I am saying. All that brand products have to taken off so I couldnt order off of Amazon anymore...

I have bought at least 7-8 Anker chargers and power cables. Never had issue with those. I needed a usb c charger so i ordered this. But to my surprise it stopped working only after few days on use. Called Amazon they asked me to call Anker for support. Called Anker they said call Amazon. Sad to see this kind of support for product that was just bought. I will see if i can send it back to Amazon and get refund. But for sure not buying Anker product ever again as their support is really terrible.

I liked thst it does exactly what I need it to do. Works great. This is the brand to go with.

Nice cover with good product

This is a fantastic power adapter for the money, especially when on sale for under $12. I bought a couple when they were on sale and they worked great, but one of them stopped working after 4 months and after testing I figured out it was completely dead. I contacted Anker support and the representative I had was great. He emailed me a prepaid label to ship the defective charger back and I had a brand new charger within the week. So, good customer support saves the product from a bad review. I figured I just got a bad one from a fluke but will update my review if anything changes.

At first I thought it was broken as it would not change my device. I used three different cables to make sure. Then on a whim I open and shut the wall prongs a couple of times. And it started working. Been working ever since.
