USB Charging Port Connector Flex Cable Replacement Part for Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 T387 SM-T387V T387T T387A

It was a very simple replacement. These ports break often and took very little effort to replace. Hardest part was taking the case apart. Seriously anyone can do this.

Awesome product for DIY repair. The only issue is not the product but the tablet is rather hard to get open. Once you do get it open it is really easy to install. Literally takes seconds. I recommend getting this and fixing the problem yourself vs paying a repair shop. I recommend checking the top right corner of the main board for corrosion or arcing. Clean that up if present before reassembly. It is the part of the board where there are 3 or 4 copper contact points where the contact from the top screen board makes contact with main board. There are 2 sets of these contacts, one set in top right and the at the bottom right. Hope this helps. Mine had became corroded somehow and was arcing turning it black. Which could easily short the board out. Also, make sure the pins that make contact on the screen side are Clean as well.

Bought to replace the charging port in my sons tablet before a road trip! It’s been in there for about 4 months with no issues
