Bought for my cruise in the cabin, and can use anywhere that has a USB plug-in and I have a rechargeable battery to use with. Many uses for this for me.

This stationary cute, lite & cool battery powered clip/desk fan came with a USB-C charging cable, and the user manual. It is stable as a desk fan. I like this fan can be used as a power bank that has a standard USB cable to supply 5V power to the mobile devices. There is also a hidden hook under the bottom of the clip for hanging the fan.

There is a lot to like about this fan...1) multiple ways to recharge; 2) good operating life between charges; 3) relatively quiet operation; 4) excellent portability for many use cases; and 5) has padding on the clamps. I gave this very functional and useful personal fan 4 stars because I have found other fans in the same price range to additional features...such as being able to use the fans battery to charge up a phone or tablet in a pinch and having a LED light to use as a nightlight in a bedroom or when camping. It also seems a little slower in recharging than others I have looked out (but not outrageously so). As a rechargeable, quiet, personal fan, it does a very nice job and I have found quite useful.

This fan was perfect for what I needed for my kids. They sit in the back with no air vents so it’s perfect for giving them some air. It charged fast and lasted a good amount of time. Definitely recommend!

Fan was perfect for my stroller! Clamp was easy to use and blows well! Especially for a baby in a car seat or stroller! This is going to be perfect if you have a portable power bank!

So far, so good. Very glad I chose to use a plug in version vs. battery operated. I’ve not had to have to have it higher than medium even though there is no air conditioning in this building so far. Thanks to hot flashes, I could not survive above 67degrees without a fan.

This fan is a great size for taking along when you need a portable fan, and also works well for a breeze at my desk. It comes with a USB-C charging cord. It takes about 6 hours to fully charge, but you can use the fan while it is charging. It is very lightweight, only weighing 14.5 ounces. The clamp has a strong spring and is lined with foam to protect your surfaces to which it is clipped. It also sits securely upright on the clip base. The clip/base is 2” wide x 5” long x 1 3/8” thick. The jaws will open out as much as 2”. It holds securely to whatever you clip it and does not shake free even at the highest fan setting. The power button, charging port, and USB port are on the back. The battery is 10000 mAh and you can charge a phone or other USB device. The fan has 3 speeds. At the lowest speed it gives a nice breeze and is very quiet. At medium, the noise is noticeable but not intrusive. At highest speed, the breeze is very cooling, but it is also very loud, but no more so than any other fan blowing at that speed. The fan opening is about 5 1/4” diameter. The plastic blades are 4” diameter. The housing cage is 2 1/2” deep. The openings are small and closely spaced and the blades are set back 1” from the front so it is quite safe to protect little fingers from reaching the blade. My only minor complaint about this fan is that you have to cycle through the settings to turn it off, but it is a small inconvenience for such a useful and powerful fan.

I needed a small fan to help set my makeup and for some white noise while I sleep. This one is perfect for both of those things. I can set it on counter or I can clip it onto something to have the fan on from a different angle. It also has three different speeds for personalized air! Plus the price is hard to beat!

This little fan is great. The clip is strong and secure, it’s lightweight, chargeable-so no cords, and 3 speeds. It’s perfect for an exercise class with questionable a/c.

Air-conditioned offices can get very stuffy unless you are fortunate enough to have a desk underneath a blower. Not having been so lucky, I obtained several small portable fans over the years to put on or around my desk to keep me cool. Now that I’m home, I still spend several hours a day near my computer in an equally poor-circulation room. I was down to my last personal fan when I saw the Gehen clip-on fan on Amazon and ordered it. This fan turned out to be more than I expected. It’s the best small portable fan I’ve ever used. The Gehen fan is black plastic, with three translucent circular blades. It sits on a plastic clip-on base with four tiny circular rubber feet for traction. The fan assembly is circular, measuring 5 ½ inches in diameter. The fan and base are eight inches tall when sitting on a flat surface. There is only a 3/8 inch gap between the individual braces on the front and back of the Gehen fan. Therefore, children or careless adults can’t stick a finger or pencil inside and cause damage or injury. However, the front of the fan is easily removable, allowing you to clean any accumulation of dust inside. The fan rotates 360 degrees horizontally and vertically, allowing you to point it in any direction, no matter how it is mounted. This fan operates on a hard-wired USB power cord with no battery backup. The cable is about 45 inches long. You shouldn’t have a problem attaching the cord to a spare USB port in most office settings. But it may limit the fan’s use in places like bathrooms or bedrooms unless you have a converter or USB plug-in. The fan has three speeds and rotates through those speeds from slow to fast by pushing an easy-to-locate 3/8 inch diameter button on the back center of the fan. The fan’s base is a giant clip that measures 2 ¼ inches wide by 5 ¼ inches long. Even at high speed, the fan rests securely on its base when placed on a flat surface. There is no movement, shaking, or rattling. The clip has a powerful spring that requires considerable pressure to open. Children or adults with weaker grips may be unable to open the clip. This clasp can fasten securely, either vertical or horizontal, on any table, desk edge, or similar object up to about 1 ¼ inches thick. The inside of the clip is padded so it won’t damage any surface to which it is attached. When the clip is attached, the fan doesn’t vibrate, rattle, or shake. A fan’s primary function is providing good circulation; the Gehen fan does an excellent job. Keep in mind this is a personal fan, not a room fan. It won’t supply circulation to an entire room. However, I can still feel a noticeable breeze up to about six feet from the fan at high speed. At the two lower speeds, the fan makes almost no noise when I sit two or three feet away from it. (When you place the fan in a new configuration, settling down can take a few seconds.) At high speed, there is a slight, non-distracting noise. Either I’ve grown used to it, or the noise has decreased since I installed the fan. I’ve had considerable experience with personal fans over the last decade, and the Gehen is the best I’ve ever used. It’s almost silent, powerful, and highly versatile. You should be able to set it up in almost any office or computer desk environment. The only drawback is the limitation imposed by the power supply. If you have a power source available, this fan will work well on a nightstand, bathroom counter, or similar location. I would rate this fan 4.5 stars if I could, but I’m rounding it up to five stars based on the overall quality. The Gehen fan is a great way to keep your cool.
