Working out-of-the-box with no issues (both ports). It does support 220v. It doesnt fast charge my S10 though.

I have the iwatch and I phone and a Samsung work phone and tablet. These solved my charging needs problem and shipping was fast. I think the price was good. I liked them so much that I ordered another set.
