Bought this to replace a USB wifi adapter from a different company that was going offline every day or two. This unit uses the same chipset, but includes a better set of driver/control software. No issues at all since I installed it a month ago, and transfer speeds are very fast. Recommended.

...a Netgear USB network adapter that I compared and took back to the store, and cost twice as much. I also liked that I didnt even need to download a driver because it came with a little usb of its own with the drivers and utility. Imagine you cant connect until you get an adapter going, thus cannot connect to download--dont have to do that and in the past most adapters might have come with a disc, but you need no disc drive this way. You absolutely have a usb port. It does work, and runs with the same network driver that may be on a Realtek chipset. It can be less able using 5g but that can be your router or ISP.

I had bought a smaller usb one before this but returned it when I realized that I was only getting speeds of 1Mbps on my computer from my 100Mbps wifi. I figured the issue was distance as my wifi module was on the other side of the house. Ordered this and now I get to bang on 80Mbps which is the same as what a PCI-e wifi card from TP-Link used to get so definitely recommended.

I used this as a replacement for a USB WiFi adapter that was supplied with a desktop computer I recently purchased, it is far superior to the one supplied and has a much longer range, I use it on my CNC machine which is in my shop that is away from my Wi-Fi router. I’ll be ordering another one to use on another computer that I have.

Our wifi extender wasnt compatible with the new router we got, so my husband recommended that I buy this product so that we could continue to game together. Let me preface this by saying I AM NOT technologically inclined, but this product was SO easy to install! Literally just plug in the driver, plug in the adapter, and go. This was a one-and-done solution; it totally solved the issue. Husband and I can game together in peace again and happiness was restored to the household. They even have a warranty and sent me some adorable stickers too, so they get a bonus star :)

The price was super affordable and it turned a non-wifi tower (old sucker) into a perfectly functioning wireless tower so I now have an extra computer upstairs. Thank you Techkey. and Amazon...it arrived in 2 days. Thats all I gotta say

My sons gaming PC I built him has a mini atx motherboard, so there was no slot for a wifi card, I have a techkey Bluetooth adapter that has worked great so decided to stick with them when looking for a USB wifi adapter. I replaced a cheap no brand one I had with this and went from 50 Mbps download speed to 260 Mbps! Highly recommend any techkey product!

I was looking for an inexpensive USB wifi adapter that I could add a larger external antenna to, and this one does the trick. I was able to get this adapter working in Windows, Linux, and on a Raspberry PI. One nice thing is they included a small CD and a USB drive with the driver included (this was a big help having the USB when I was working on the PI). They also threw in some stickers! All in all a good experience.
