I was looking online for a type of remote control for my fish tank a type of lighting system that I can make go up and down. Im so glad I stumbled across this cable set that had a remote controller for my linear actuator

Remote worked very well. There was no tab for screw to fasten unit out of harms way! I had to fabricate one.

Only one lead receives power at this point, after three weeks of normal use. Doesn’t supply power to retract my linear actuator only to extend it.

I installed a linear actuator on my attic access. Going with this wireless remote meant I didnt have to install a wall mounted switch. So, the install was much simpler - no wires running down into the house. The remotes have the nice UP/DOWN buttons that do what they say. Supers simple to install between the 12v power supply and the linear actuator. Im an EE, so I did go ahead and make the install way more complicated by using a 2 channel relay and some LEDs. But these extras were not required for the basic functionality.

I was replacing a defective remote system on a yard grader for my tractor and the oem actuator remote system is pricey, so I tried this one out and it works exactly like the expensive one ! What a saving !
