The outer material was thicker and more rugged than I thought and the zippers were very high quality. The inside was surprisingly soft and made out of a material I had not expected. I had expected vinyl, but instead got a nice, thick, very soft felt-like material. About the only thing I could even remotely complain about was that, judging by the picture, I had assumed the top outer pocket went much deeper than it actually did. I was hoping for a pocket to hold either paperwork, or a mousepad, or both. Other than that! Well done! Great quality for a great price!
