This is my third hose of this type. While it is necessary to clean, quality should be thought about within the spring area that splits open.

Our shark vacuum cleaner of 5 years Hose gave out it had more Duct tape on it That you couldnt even see the hose anymore. This was such an easy fix just pull the old one off and snap this one on.

I vacuum once a week, since I have hardwood with a few area rugs, its not intense vacuuming. I got this 4/21 and today 6/5 I just tried to use it and I turn the vacuum around a desk leg area and this part broke on the turn, like its not even 2 months yet and its been used like 6 times. Terrible

I had fixed the hose that had split in two places by inserting a PVC pipe inside. That restricted the flow somewhat. I found this replacement hose at a very reasonable price and installed it. Restored the vacuum to its original form. Easy to install.
