Love it its just what I needed. Came right on time. It was packaged great so no problems there

When I purchased this product it said used- like new. It was definitely used and nothing like new. The screen itself looked good but they case was scratched and dirty.

Piece of crap. Of you dont turn it on a certain way it flashes different colors for ever until it restarts. It is also so bulky that it shouldnt be considered portable. Also the home cord is at an angle that the HD port could easily break and render the machine useless as that is the only way to connect to it.

So far, this has been great. Only thing I dont like is that after carrying it around with the shoulder strap, I can see the plastic piece that holds the metal clip for the strap is starting to bend. I will never carry it with the shoulder strap again in fear of this part failing.

The product works as it should. It has one major design flaw...the latches break very easily. We bought this for our adult son for Christmas (1 month ago) and he says the cheap plastic latches have already broken. Spend the extra couple of bucks and put on the metal latches, for goodness sakes. Ridiculous. Other than that, excellent solution for gamers on-the-go. I gave it 4 stars.

Picked one of these guys up at my local BX before heading overseas. I was really worried that it would not survive flying all the way overseas through multiple stops but sure enough it did. Both the screen and my xbox one made the trip without damage. As for the actual device. It has a very nice sleek look to it. Its really easy to lug around with the shoulder strap that comes with it. The sound is really surprising. Even at its default sound of only 50/100 it is more than loud enough for how close you will be sitting to play it and with good quality sound as well. The screen is a decent size for gaming as really in my opinion anything over mid 20s is too big for gaming. However the quality of the screen is only 720 and while not as noticeable on a small screen like this you can still tell. For the 300 dollar price tag they could have thrown a 1080 in it. My only other negative for this product is that the hooks that attach the sling to the case are a part of the sling instead of the case itself. So rather than clipping the sling to the hooks and it being 100% secure you kinda wedge the hooks into a little groove on the case. While walking through the airport the sling got caught on something and came unhooked. If not for me having my hand on the handle I would have dropped it. In the end though I would highly recommend this product to anyone in the military or who simply travels a lot.

The speakers are loud and it doesn’t lag like I thought it would overall a good investment if your traveling a lot or you are on the move a lot( it doesn’t run as a portable you still need to plug it on the wall)

Screen cracked. Less than a year old. Tend to believe my son that he didn’t “negatively interact with the device”, meaning he didn’t drop it, didn’t step on it, didn’t punch it. He’s 13. I tend to believe because he takes care of his stuff conscientiously.
