Even the commercially available soaps like Dove for sensitive skin will cause me to get itchy. The Vanicream products all work for me with no dryness or itching. I use the shampoo, conditioner, facial cleanser, facial moisturizer with and without hyaluronic acid and the regular moisturizer on body. All work great for me.

I have used this soap for a few years. Tried many others but this one makes your skin feel wonderful

After a literal lifetime of dealing with rashes and breakouts -- and not always in the most desirable places -- I finally had my dermatologist culture a rash within a skin fold. It turns out I didnt have psoriasis or jock itch; I have contact dermatitis triggered by fragrances and additives nearly omnipresent in skincare and household products alike (even those that are legitimately natural and sold as such at natural foods stores). I was told to change everything I used to clean, scent, and manage myself -- soaps, hair products, moisturizers, all of it. In the shower, this Vanicream cleansing bar is my daily bread and butter. I also use their shampoo, conditioner, antiperspirant, moisturizing cream, lotion, and liquid cleanser. These products have changed my life, and the creamy and luxurious cleansing bar leaves my body clean and moisturized. While once beset by rashes that could tear me open, Im now rash-free, with my only cheats being rare uses of cologne when my confidence requires I smell like something other than nothing (my body forgives their use in those ultra-sporadic moments and gratefully doesnt rash up). For those with skin ailments, eliminating fragrances and additives can be the first step on a transformative path. Its a commitment, but its doable. My dermatologist told me about this soap as most brands make me itch. I have purchased it for years and it continues to work well for me. I would not say it is moisturizing, but I have lotions the doctor recommended. and use those daily.

I have struggled with extremely dry, red, sensitive skin on my face for as long as I can remember (I have been diagnosed with Rosacea and Dermatitis). My dermatologist recently recommended the Vanicream skincare line. After about six weeks of using this cleansing bar on my face (in combination with the Vanicream Moisturizing Cream and Vanicream Sunscreen), I started noticing that my natural skin barrier was being restored, and a lot of the redness and sensitivity was going away. It is also important to note that before using Vanicream, I was using an extremely expensive cleansing line for over two years (SOOTHE by Rodan + Fields). It controlled the dryness, but didnt really do anything for the pain and redness I was experiencing. I then developed some sort of allergic reaction and was forced to look for other skincare options. At first, I didnt like Vanicream as much as my old skincare line (the dryness returned when I first made the switch). However, I stuck with Vanicream day after day and eventually got WAY better results. Vanicream has gone way beyond my expectations. Not only is it way less expensive than what I was using before, it actually works to improve all of my skin issues! Im writing this review to help other people like me get back to feeling great about their skin!

the best for my multi skin problems

I have really bad eczema and other skin issues, this has been the most amazing non-drying soap! It was recommended to me by my dermatologist. It is so creamy that you can also use it as a shaving cream. It has reduced my breakouts, makes me feel clean, and it also works as a face wash.

Recommended by dermatologist. Excellent for itchy skin. Bar lasts a long time. Fragrance free.

I love this soap, I’ve used this soap for years but it is not a good moisturizer. No fragrance whatsoever, price is a little high. I will continue to use.
