This works fine and is inexpensive. It is also quite stiff and hard to roll up when cold out if that is important to you.

Needed to add this to IR Light to get power. Works well. No Issues. Just plug in and run line. No issues.

As others have said, this this is WAY too thin. Was hoping to use it for a CCTV that has built-in LEDs for illumination. The original power supply was 12v, 2 Amps. I would be surpised if this cable handles much over 500mA.
