Strap broke after little use. Put too much in the bag and falls apart.

I love this bag! Its very good quality and looks great.It has a good amount of pockets and compartments without over doing it. My only complaint is the metal zipper that is in the padded computer compartment... whats the point of having a padded computer compartment to protect the computer if youre going to put a metal zipper in there?

Im in and out of this bag and in out of my car frequently during the day as I do home hospice care. One thing I really like about the bag is that even if the flap is not secured, I can still pick up the bag by the handle and it doesnt just dump everything. When Im in and out of the bag all day, I dont always want to have to unclip the closures so this is nice. Many people have complimented on how attractive it is which is always nice, too. I like the many pockets. If I had one thing I would add, it would be something to hold a water bottle on the outside. Thats really small. Really glad I bought this bag and would definitely by from them again.

Sent a couple email about one of my straps being very worn in comparison to the other and my concerns about durability and the asthetic of the bag long term and was only advised it was real leather and it wont be a problem and when it breaks to let them know.

It holds a lot, looks nice and the craftsmanship is very good

Within the first day one of the magnetic buckles fell off, so that feature became useless. The bag would also make a weird screeching noise, pretty sure it was metal hook connecting the shoulder strap to the bag. This noise only got worse over the month I used the bag, I ditched it after that. I was also not too impressed with the leather, although the bag did look really nice. The only reason Im even giving it 3 stars is because the seller gave a complete refund, no hassle.

Nice design, with space for a laptop, notebooks, snack, pens. Good for small laptops. Some of the stitching came undone quickly but with no real consequence. Mine only lasted about four months before the loops for the strap to attach to tore off, but I was overstuffing it - I had recently gotten a larger laptop, and had to cram a lot of stuff in to be prepared for each day in the field.
