Worked well in my case, but the actual face plate is smaller in size than your typical electrical outlet or light switch face-plate. This can mean that if a larger whole was just for the gang-box or low-voltage bracket, this face-plate may not cover all of it.

Just a little bit narrower and shorter then the phone jack cover plates that they replaced so it leaves a little open area that wasnt previously painted.

These plate are well made and durable. They are flexible and yet very strong. The size is excellent. They are of excellent quality and will last a long time without a problem.

Does not mount flush to wall. mounting screw holes counter sunk to deep and the result is the screw holes shoulders are flush with the outer edges of the plate. low voltage mounting brackets edge protrudes above the drywall so the space between the wall is the thickness of the low voltage protrusion above the drywall. Makes for a funny looking installation. Usually the screw hole is flush on the nside of the wall plate not to the outer edges of the wall plate
