SEB cream has more and longer lasting glide than their lotion. Im a LMT and use their lotion for deep tissue. The cream is better suited for swedish massage, clients with dry skin or body hair. Excellent product from a company I trust.

Excellent and amazing cream! I started using this in my massage practice about 10 years ago and I love so many things about this cream. It has great viscosity, glide not slide, and it doesnt leave a slick after feel. The Arnica in the cream really helps with pain. Fabulous!!
