Venus Laboratories Ecos (Petastic) Pet Stain & Odor Remover 32 oz

Works better than the other name brand urine/stain remover but did not come with spray nozzle as listed in the picture.

I have a 14 year old dog that I love dearly. She frequently has pee accident in the house on hard surfaces. We do not have carpeting. This is the first product that I found that removes the stain and odor. Will reorder.

This is the best odor remover that Ive ever used! My husbands golf shirts are made of some new fabric that the pros wear and they trap body odor like crazy. No amount of washing worked until Venus. First I soaked them (golf shorts also), in a half water, half Venus solution, then ran them through the heavy duty cycle with Gain. They all smell new again! Ill be ordering much more. Thank you.

Like many others, I purchased a new bottle of Nature’s Miracle only to find myself gagging on a horrible chemical odor that wouldnt come out of the carpets. After doing some research I learned that another company had purchased the rights to the Nature’s Miracle name but was using a new formula. With the help of some great reviewers, I found myself on this page and gave the Venus Laboratories product a try. I’m happy to report that this is EXACTLY what I’ve been using for the last two decades. This is either the original Nature’s Miracle formula or something very close to it. It’s completely odorless and very effective. If you have a lot of pets you may find the 32 oz. bottle to be too small, but they do make a gallon size. If you’re a longtime user of Nature’s Miracle, this is now the product to buy!

Earth Friendly Products acquired the rights to the Petastic formula a year or so ago, and apparently has altered the formula, which unfortunately has removed most of its urine deodorizing capabilities. In my experience it was superior to Natures Miracle, the original name for Petastic, until the owners had a falling out, whereupon one retained brand name, Natures Miracle, the other retained the formula, renaming the product Petastic. Over the years Petastic became increasingly hard to find, while Natures Miracle became increasingly more prevalent, eventually leading to the sale of the Petastic formula to Earth Friendly Products. I tried their product and it is clearly ineffective compared to Petastic. They have altered the formula, likely to make it green or earth friendly, But unfortunately, they have rendered the product ineffective in removing urine odors. Bottom line, avoid. Dont waste your money. Opt for Natures Miracle.

It needs time, but after a week or two, the smell is essentially eliminated. There is a clean smell to the areas treated at that point. I’ve bought many bottles of this over and over when accidents happen. They seem to be happening less and less now, which is also great.

Original formula. Works great. Have two old dogs and use constantly, but love it. Safe around dogs and my kids.

Ive been using Ecos pet stain and odor remover for years and it rarely disappoints. I not only use it for pet vomit, accidents, etc. but also use it for laundry stains, like food and blood stains. Grease might require additional treatment and wash and it might not work in rare instances, but usually Im pleased with the outcomes. Carpet or clothing it doesnt change the original color of materials. The odor of the solution is a little strong at first but dissipates quickly. Just a great versatile cleaning product. I used to buy in bulk and pass a bottle on to friends because I believe in this product so much. Id say it gets stains out 98% of the time. Excellent stain and odor remover!
