Vera Bradley Womens Cotton Weekender Travel Bag

This is 1st Vera Bradley purchase. I was looking for a nice type of tote bag to use for travel with my carryon suit case and I think it’s going to be a great choice. It’s the perfect size and has pockets on the inside and outside. Also it has a nice shoulder strap and straps that I think will fit nice on my suitcase. I gave it a 4 because just one smaller pocket wasn’t sewn across the bottom but there are other pockets so that’s okay. It was a great deal and I look forward to trying it out this week on vacation.

holy cow this bag is awesome! its so roomy, so soft, the quality is superb. it stretches too, so you can stuff it all you want. i love the pockets all over this bag. the outside has one big zippered compartment and two small slip-on pockets in the back. the inside has 2 big pockets and 3 not-as-big pockets - i love the variety of sizes because it helps to organize your stuff. I was looking at a Betsey Johnson for a hospital bag, but came across this. I eventually decided on this one (even though i love Betsey Johnson) based on the reviews. I am so impressed by this Vera Bradley. the color (i got Parisian Paisley) is so pretty! the quilting is perfect. the quality is phenomenal. There is nothing bad to say about this product. 5 stars across the board. Everything about it is just perfect.

I’ve never bought a Vera Bradley bag before but this print was too cute to pass up! The bag is sturdy and has lots of room.

What wife wanted to pack things for trips. She likes its looks and room for what she wants to bring.

Been using this for a few years. Perfect size to haul everything I need for a one-night trip. Nice good-size inside pockets to keep the small stuff organized and an outside pocket to keep things you may need quickly. Nice padded strap so it doesn’t dig into my shoulder. Also have the matching makeup bag that I use everyday.

I had high hopes for this bag as everyone seems to love it. The pattern is beautiful (Holland Garden) and I like the organizational features. If you carry it by the handles, it’s fine (though heavy when full). If you carry by the long strap, it completely bends in the middle and the straps turn the bag into a bit of a banana shape. It was cumbersome and I just can’t see this working in the airport. Great for a car bag though, I imagine. I returned, sadly.

I am yet to travel with this bag but I know it will be great. I like its all fabric (easy to wash), light and love the pockets. I can use outside pockets for things I need to get quickly and it has a water bottle one on the side. So convenient when traveling! I also like the size. Looks roomy but not too bulky. I really like the bag. Very happy with this purchase!

This is not same quality as an original Vera Bradley from their stores. Nice bag but NO inside sewn Vera tag just small one in seam outdide and tags clipped on to zippers say Vera Bradley. On the actual Vera Bradley web site, and everything I purchased from the Vera stores, all the bags have an inside and outside sewn in Vera tag. The handles on this have been cheapened down with no reinforced seams anywhere or piping detail. I love the color but even on sale this is not worth the price. Returning. I will go to the outlet store and get one for the same price. I am disappointed the Vera Bradley company would sell this cheaper version and pass it off as an original.

I bought this because I was always borrowing my friends but was traveling alone, so I needed one of my own. Perfect bag to use as a personal bag in addition to a carry-on when flying. Lots of pockets and roomie. I love that it has the luggage sleeve (not sure what it’s actually called) but it lets me attach to carry-on handle for walking through airport. I adore the polka-dot pattern!!

I did so much research before purchasing this bag to use as my personal item for my flight. First of all a personal item is not a carry-on, I use a small carry-on size suitcase for that purpose. This is what I use as my “purse” and it measures perfectly for compliance to fit under the seat in front of you on a flight. And it holds just about everything! I also love the sleeve that fits over the handle of my carry-on suitcase.
