The handle will not go down. The carry on can no longer be used in overhead bins. My handle would not go down at the most inconvenient time boarding the plane. Unfortunately I am too scared to even fix this (have been trying for weeks), in the event it will not close prior to placing in the overhead. I would like a replacement please.

This case seems sturdy and durable. Handle seems like it will be sturdy enough. The carry on has a USB charging port. The 28 is the only one that has a TSA lock. I did not realize that when I purchased. However, that is easily remedied with a TSA lock for the 24. Color is quite nice and I havent taken my trip but if anything goes wrong Ill update.

The strapping around the luggage came off after first use on the middle size luggage. Not sealed very well on all of them. No sure how well it will hold up after the first use. The plane crew is very rough on luggage. This may not be the best choice

Took suitcases to Cancun (first trip with this new luggage). My husbands came through with no problem. Mine has a big dent in one of the cornors. They are a bit on the floppy side when the lid is open but all in all, for the price, they are not that bad. Only two year warrenty, not five.

No many colors to choose from.

I haven’t taken my trip yet but I enjoy the lightweight of them and the capacity. The wheels roll with little effort. They do best inside each other for storage. I love the design which also helps with preventing dings and scratches. I will have the set for years to come. Extremely pleased with my purchase. Lots of pockets and the carry on has a slot for charging my phone once a charging brick is inserted.
