Worst bottle/pump design. To get enough product to use it one needs to spend 5 minutes. I ended up just opening the bottle to be able to soak my cotton round.

I may not be the best person to review this toner, because I dont have dry skin, but considering how I use it, its ability to soften and hydrate is pretty impressive. Before leaving for the gym In the morning, I give my face a quick but thorough cold-water splash. After drying my face, I apply this toner using a cotton pad (requires three pumps if youre paying attention to your neck as well). I dont apply a moisturizer or sunscreen before my workout, as it just gets sweated off, but this water-based toner absorbs and hydrates instantly, so it doesnt perspire away. After my workout, I use the gym facilities to do the same cold-water splash followed with this toner again, and then some sunscreen. The toner alone is enough to keep my skin feeling calm, hydrated and smooth in the interim, when I might run some early-morning errands before returning home to do my full facial cleansing/treatment routine. Sometimes that full skincare routine gets put off if I get back to my home office and find a lot of calls and emails that need to be dealt with right away. If I get really busy, it might be later in the afternoon before I can find time to attend to a full skincare routine, but this toner leaves my skin so hydrated, smooth and plump that I dont worry about putting off the whole ordeal until later. Ive never used it as a toner after my regular facial cleansing, as my serums, moisturizer and sunscreen already provide enough hydration and moisture, not to mention a lot of time. But if Im just going to be home indoors all day, I find its so effective I dont need a moisturizer afterward, especially during really hot weather. When its sweltering, I reapply it a few times during the day for some continued cooling hydration. I love it so much, Im now buying my second bottle.

This is a nice toner. It’s not a holy grail but it does have decent hydration and doesn’t strip your skin like most toners. I have combo skin so it works for me but someone with dry skin might need additional products after this toner to boost hydration. It is very gentle and calming though

Got this for my teen after reading lots of reviews and doing research. She has really good skin…until she tried this and the next morning got some bumps on her cheeks/allergic reaction. I am returning this product.

It’s a toner, hydrator and makeup remover all in one. Not much of a scent to it but it doesn’t smell bad or anything. I use it all the time. Will continue to buy :)

I like the toner. It’s like and does well with my skin. The dispenser is super weird though.

I do like this toner, its hydrating (though not as hydrating as other toners I have used - ie. Rovectin Lotus Water Calming Toner). However, the container is small and in my opinion, the pump is kind of a waste of time. The directions say to use two pumps. Almost nothing comes out with one pump, and even with two its not a sufficient amount. I have just been opening the bottle and pouring directly on my cotton round. I would probably not purchase again just due to the packaging.
