Victron Energy 6.56 ft Extension Cable for Victron Energy Blue Smart IP65 Charger

Like most Victron gear I have used, this is well designed and constructed. My only complaint which seems nitpicky but would also be very simple to fix: The contact shapes are symmetrical on both sides and therefore can be accidentally, partially connected with reverse polarity. Its very easy to avoid this accident but it would also be very easy to design the connectors so reversing polarity is impossible. Still well worth the money for a high quality product.

I liked the patch cord. Delivery was faster than they said! Good product.

Let’s me keep the vehicle in the driveway with the hood closed and the charger in the locked garage. I run the extension wire through the front grill so the hood can remain closed and locked.
