Video and Audio Downloader PRO 2 software for YouTube – download your favorite YouTube videos as MP4 video or MP3 audio – compatible with Windows 11, 10, 8

This is a review of a free product. This video and audio downloader for youtube is very good. All you need to do is copy the link from youtube and pasted in the software and hit download. I know they are website that does the same, but this one is faster and savefer I guess.

This is a very user friendly program. The instructions are easy to follow and luckily for us we have a CD slot in our desktop. This pairs well with our YouTube music subscription and makes files that are compatible with many other devices that you want to take your playlists with you.

At first I was a bit disappointed because I saw it came on a CD disk and I dont have any cd drive in my pc, but it also comes with a link to download it from so I was able to get it setup and working and it does the Job well

This is much better than I expected even, I am very happy with it. It came on a DVD/CD (remember those) but had clear instructions on how to download from a direct link. That worked very well. It prompted me for a software update, that went well also. Sure, there are other products that do the same thing, even online ones, but this is a step above for sure. I am very happy with this, it is simple and works great.

Despite what the screens say, the software will not download a playlist. Gives an error message every time. Also an upgrade version is shown in the help. But no key to download it is provided. The program screens provide almost no feedback as to what processes are running (if any).

This product was easy to install on my computer and even easier to use. I was able to use it within 15 minutes of installing and I am satisfied with how it works.

Anything downloaded over 1080p or in 1080p HDR would not open up, due to missing codex. It would download yes, but only audio would come through in any of my video players except for Windows 11s video player AFTER installing a codec (through the Microsoft store). Even VLC was not able to tackle this. Thats all and well, however I was NOT able to play any of these codec dependent files on my TV or tablet, which was the original intent. So that effectively limits you to a paltry 1080p resolution, and the quality shows. For mp3s it works great, Im able to pull audio quickly without having to go through sketchy websites. So thats probably the only good, thing you can get out of it. Does not work on any other website Ive tried, I get an unsupported error message when I try to plug something else in. Also unfortunate but not unexpected as it only advertises support for youtube.

If you watch YouTube and want to save video or audio to your local computer, GET THIS PRODUCT. I wish I had this years ago before a lot of the videos/ music I liked got taken down or made private. This program is so easy to use. Literally you just copy/paste the URL of the YouTube video you want to save into the top field and hit the big button next to it, and in a few seconds you have the video or audio on your computer, up to 4k quality. What I use this the most for is saving documentaries and special performances that arent available elsewhere by music artists. Like how musicians have these live small audience performances in versions you cant find elsewhere, or remixes by YouTube DJs that are amazing but arent uploaded anywhere else. The best part about this software is you can check a box to convert an .mp3 version from the file automatically, and you have a file ready to go to listen to. You can download between 144p and full 4k, depending on whats available at the source, but beware the higher resolution the larger the file will be so if you have a slow connection it will take a while. When you get this product, there will be a CD inside but who even has a CD drive anymore? There are instructions and code for downloading, and its a pretty small program so it downloads quickly. Installation is simple and the use of the program is very straightforward, anyone can use it. If youre like me, youve tried so many sketchy online programs who try to put all kinds of sketchy malware onto your computer or direct you to inappropriate websites. This is not one of those. It works quickly, simply, and without malware. 100% recommend, 5 stars.

I had been going through a many-step process to download some videos using VLC or some type of screen capture software, and then separating out the audio in order to make online song collaborations with other musicians. While other methods need to re-capture the stream, or re-encode while you watch, this program appears to just download the actual file that is stored on the server, and can automatically extract an mp3 with the check of a box, all very quickly without you having to sit through and watch the video in real time. This worked very well on the couple of videos Ive tried so far, I cant say if it would work on some copyrighted material though, I have yet to try that and dont know if some type of protection would interfere. Im also not sure if it would work on other websites, but it was made for YouTube and works like a dream. I love it, thank you very much. Im glad there is just a single lifetime license as well instead of subscription fees, wonderful. :)

I have a favorite artist that only has certain songs on youtube that have never been released on record or a single and you cant listen to them anywhere else. This app is awesome! I was able to download all the songs I love that he sings and keep them as MP3s and can now listen to them any time I want to on my phone! The software is extremely easy to use. You download the application via disk or the link thats provided (if you dont have a CD/DVD disk drive on your desktop or laptop), and it doesnt take long to install at all. Decide which folder you want your files to go into, grab the link to the video you want the audio extracted from, and just press Queue Download and viola! Easy peasy. Id give this 10 stars if I could!
