I bought these wheel covers for an old bmw with 17 wheels and tires and they fit very well. There is an elastic band of flexible material that can expand and then grasp the tire as you install the cover on your wheel. The vinyl material appears to be very durable and so far has shown no sign of wear. There are two grommet holes with a cord per cover that doesnt seem that useful, as the cover themselves fit very snug and cannot be blown away by strong wind gusts. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase.

First season on tandem axle boat trailer. So far so good. Will need to evaluate them one year from now after spending the year outside.
