For a purse (if I carried one) or a workbag for personal essentials it would be PERFECT, but alas, I needed it to house my laptop (15.6 business sized dell latitude) and study materials. It looks as if the laptop would fit but the opening to the bag is very snug. So sad to say I am returning it.
