I made some homemade vanilla and gave some as gifts. These bottles are cute, protect the product and have a little lid liner that keeps them from leaking. Changes from 4000 feet altitude to sea level without leaking.

These bottles came nicely shrink-wrapped and boxed. Based on the way mine were packed and shipped, it is unlikely any of them would have broken. Nicely made, too...

These bottles are a good value. You have to tighten pretty well to keep them from leaking. One cap came broken. Besides that they are a good small bottle.

I purchased to fill with homemade vanilla. This size is great for gift giving to those who bake occasionally. For those who bake often the 4oz size maybe a better fit. The bottles are nice and have an even shade and thickness. However, the tops are not well made. The clear pieces of the tops, which seals the lid, separates from the top and one of the bottles leaked when it fell on its side. Improve the quality of the lids and this one will be a winner. Ooh, glass eye droppers that measures a teaspoon would be a great improvement.

I bought these for my essential oil/carrier oil mixtures. Unfortunately, the bottles leak. If youre only going to use them at home and theyll never tip over, you ll be fine. But if you ever plan to travel with liquid in the bottles, or mail them with liquid contents, forget it - youll end up with a mess.

Excellent for mixing essential oils.
