Was really excited to receive my order to only find out the metal roller balls were missing from my order. Only received the glass bottles, caps and mixing tubes. What am I supposed to do without the metal roller balls??? Better luck next time.

I have bought this brand before, both with steel ball and neoprene. I highly recommend the steel balls as they dont seem to leak over time and dispense much easier. Well worth it

Individual parts packaging is perfect! And they ROLL!

The roller balls do not dispense hardly any liquid. In the entire box, only 3 worked properly. I am now out a lot of money on rollers that I filled with expensive oils that cannot be used.
