Ive use this a few times after wanting one for some time. I have a friend in Russia who makes them but with the current social tensions and the shipping cost I decided to get this one. The tool works well if you know how the technique is done. The hanger bolt ( the metal pin that attaches to the drill for winding) now goes all the way into the handle without stopping. Ive only wound this puller a couple of times so I think the stop inside must have broken free. So there is no friction to hold the pin in place to allow you to wind the sinew under tension. As is commonly done. So i dont know if I can fill the inside or if I am just going to replace it all together.

I love this puller. Its perfect and exactly what I wanted. Solid. Quality materials.
